I think I finally worked out why I could not comment. It had to do with staying logged in and third party cookies to be allowed.
Adjust the setting on your browser and not your laptop. These sources helped me:

I went to content settings in my Google Chrome and switch off "keep local files only until closing the browser" from the cookies section. I also allowed 'third party cookies'.
